Classroom of the Elite Season 2 Release Date And Episode Count

Classroom of the Elite is not just the best anime releasing in July but the most awaited show of the year. With the first season of the series being released in 2017, it’s been a dog’s age the fans are waiting for its renewal. It’s not been long since Classroom of the Elite season 2 production was greenlit, but it has been keeping the fans on edge since then. But now, it’s almost time for us to enjoy the new season of this great psychological thriller anime.

It’s already confirmed that the show will even return with a season 3 in 2023. So, there’s a lot much for you to enjoy then you expect. And since the manga of Classroom of the Elite is still running, it shouldn’t surprise you if we hear about its further sequels in production.

Season 2 of Classroom of the Elite will officially release on Monday, July 4th, 2022. In Japan, the show will release on multiple local channels, but it will be available for international fans on Crunchyroll. Currently, there’s no confirmed news regarding the release time of the series on Crunchyroll, but it will be out at 8:00 PM in Japan. It is usually seen that the new shows release internationally one hour after their release in Japan. So, based on that schedule, here’s the time the series will release in different locations.

  • Pacific Timing: 4:00 AM PST (June 4th)
  • Central Timing: 6:00 AM CST (June 4th)
  • Eastern Timing: 7:00 AM EST (June 4th)
  • British Timing: 12:00 PM BST (July 4st)
  • Indian Timing: 4:30 PM IST (July 4th)
  • Australian Timing: 9:00 PM AEST (July 4th)

According to the official website of Classroom of the Elite, season 2 will run for a total of 13 episodes. This means we will be getting one additional episode this time as compared to the show’s first season.

What Is Classroom of the Elite About?

Kodo Ikusei is a prestigious school with top-drawer quality faculty and elite students studying there. But, the school has a favoritism attitude and dumps the inferior students in Class D. The show mostly follows the life of Kiyotaka Ayanokoji, a Class D introverted student with an exceptional level of intelligence.
