Two assassins take on their hardest mission yet: babysitting.

Ahead of its January 6 release date, the Buddy Daddies anime has released its second promotional video and revealed the show’s two theme songs. The show from Nitroplus and P.A. Works follows two roommates and best friends as they find themselves looking after a 5-year-old girl after an unexpected turn of events on Christmas Day.

Kazuki Kurusu and Rei Suwa are both criminals and polar opposites. When the outgoing Kazuki isn’t working as a criminal contractor/coordinator, he spends his time flirting with women and gambling. In contrast, Rei is an assassin who has dedicated his whole life to his career and prefers to play video games in his free time. The two get their worlds turned upside down after a mission goes sideways. While on the job dressed as Santa Claus, Kuzuki comes across five-year-old Miri Unasaka who is looking for her mafia boss father. During a shoot-out at a hotel, Rei and Kazuki find themselves stuck with the young girl, and they begin their hardest mission yet: babysitting.

Sure to be an action-packed comedy and cause controversy as two men care for the young girl, this is one you won’t want to miss.

Along with the newest trailer, Anime Buddies also revealed the theme songs and artists for the show. The opening song will be Shock by Ayase and DURDN will close out the episodes with My Plan. The second promotional video features Ayase’s song.
