Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War episode 8 is titled “The Shooting Star Project – Zero Mix” and will officially release on Monday, November 28, at 8:30 AM PST. The show is available to watch on Disney Plus and Hulu. As the series follows a concurrent release for all its episodes, here’s when it will release around the world.

The new episode of Bleach TYBW is just a few hours away from its official release, and as usual, the synopsis for the upcoming episode is available beforehand on the official website of the series. After the vast destruction caused in the Seireitei region and the disappearance of the Knights of the Star Cross, we will witness the rescuing of the injured ones. In the meantime, Ichigo visits Renji and Rukia, who are being treated at the fourth corps barracks. We will also witness the captains of the Thirteen Court Guards waiting for Squad Zero, who are coming from the Palace.
Last Time on Bleach…
The previous episode continued the battle between Yhwach and Yamamoto, with the former inflicting damage on the latter. We see Yamamoto dying, as half of his body falls to the ground. Yhwach then talks about how Yamamoto has grown old and weak and how he changed after killing the Quincies. On the orders of the Father of the Quincy, some more soldiers arrive and defeat Shinigami.
Ichigo feels others disappearing, after which he gets out of the Quilge jail and attacks Yhwach on Byakuya’s orders. Yhwach stabs Ichigo in the neck, but he survives. Yhwach is shocked to see Blut Vene on Ichigo, a technique used by Quincies. Yhwach explains that while Ichigo was trying to escape jail, his Spiritual Pressure blended with Quilge. Ichigo doesn’t understand a thing Yhwach is saying; instead, it makes him even angrier. At the end of the episode, while Quincy returns to Wandernreich, Jugram cuts Ichigo’s sword in half.
