It will increase Yelan’s health by sixteen percent and increase damage by twenty percent when enemies are close. It will also boost critical damage.
For a sub-DPS build, Favonius Longbow is a great option for those who are unwilling to invest in getting the Aqua Simulacra. This 4-Star bow can be obtained from Banners, so check the active weapon Banner in-game to see if it is included. Critical hits with this bow will have a chance to generate energy. Failing that, Elegy of the End is a solid option as it will give increased Energy Recharge and Elemental Mastery.
Best Artifacts for Yelan
The Emblem of Severed Fate, available from the Momiji-Dyed Court Domain in Inazuma, is a fantastic option for Yelan. It will increase energy recharge at two pieces, and at four pieces it will increase Elemental Burst damage by 25% of your energy recharge, which plays well into most of our weapon options.
