Best ways to heal yourself in Palworld

You’ll often find yourself in combat against enemy Pals or humans in Palworld, but what are the best ways to heal yourself?

If you die, all your items drop, and you have to haul yourself back to where you died to pick them back up. To prevent this from happening, here’s how you can heal yourself.

Palworld: How to heal yourself

Unfortunately, there are no items so far in Palworld that can heal you. Food will help satiate your hunger, but it won’t heal you. The best ways to heal yourself in Palworld is by summoning a Pal with a healing Partner Skill.

So far, there aren’t a ton of Pals known to heal you. Each Pal has a Partner Skill, and some of them can help you stay alive during combat. Here are all the Pals that’ll keep you healthy:

  • Teafant: Restores your HP with its water spout.
  • Petallia: Uses medicinal flowers to heal your HP.
  • Felbat: Grants Life Steal for regaining HP.
  • Lovander: Grants Life Steal for regaining HP.

Since Palworld is still in Early Access, this information may change in the future. We could also get healing items sometime between now and its full release, but for now you can only heal using these four Pals. To have their Partner Skill work, they must be summoned. You can only summon one Pal at a time, so you need to time it right and pull out your healing Pal in crucial moments.

To activate your Pal’s skill, hold the “F” button. During the early game, Teafant is the best choice for healing because you can find this Pal pretty easily. The three others are more difficult to find and better for your late-game playthrough.

Now that you know how to heal yourself in Palworld, are you wondering how you can actually pet your Pals in Palworld?
