A new trailer for Attack On Titan Season 4 Part 3 has been released, finally confirming a release date for the finale.


In a recent Tweet shared by the official Twitter account of Attack on Titan, the creators have confirmed the release date for the first cour of Season 4 Part 3 as Friday, March 3rd. This confirms that the upcoming season will run in two different parts, and the official website of the series confirms that the second part will be released later on in the year.

A new trailer for the final season of Attack On Titan, which can be viewed below, was also released to commemorate the release date announcement. The trailer shows the main character of the series, Eren Yeager, in his childhood before taking the gigantic Founding Titan form. Thousands of Titans can also be seen marching and causing destruction as a result of the Rumbling.

The final season of Attack On Titan is one of the most anticipated shows of the year, but for a long time, fans were left waiting regarding the show’s exact release date, and only its return in 2023 was confirmed. A few days back, it was rumored by multiple reliable Twitter leakers regarding the show’s return in March and that the series would be divided into multiple course. Well, the rumors have now been officially confirmed.

The official website of Attack On Titan, while revealing the big announcement, has also apologized to the fans for making them wait for so long to complete the series. The announcement also noted that the production committee and everyone else involved in the project will continue to do their best to meet everyone’s expectations.

In another note shared the creators, they reveal that the release schedule for the second part is yet to be decided, but it will soon be announced. Furthermore, from February 25th to 27th, on NHK General, a special broadcast will take place where all 87 episodes currently released will be broadcasted in a series of 7 episodes.

To celebrate the release of the first cour of the final season, the previous episodes of the series can be watched free from January 17th on the video distribution service “GYAO.” But the streaming service only provides content within Japan. A few weeks ago, a sneak peeks of the Attack on Titan finale production was shared on the Twitter account of “100-Camera Stories”, a Japanese show where people are observed using 100 fixed cameras. The broadcast for the same will also be released on February 23rd, 2023.
