Crimson Ore is one of the first ores that you will come across in your adventures in Atelier Ryza 3. When using this item to synthesize, it can create the Core Item Bombs, as well as a Grass Sickle, Hammer, Onyx Blade, and much more.
There’s an abundance of Crimson Ore in most of Kurken Island, but there are a few spots in particular that will be the most easily accessible. If you’ve been out and about for a while with no luck, here are some of the best spots to pick up Crimson Ore.
Lantern Tree
The first area and the most beginner-friendly to find Crimson Ore is at the Lantern Tree Landmark. This is within the Pixie Forest, one of the first areas you will visit within the game. Arrive at the Lantern Tree Landmark to the east, and you’ll want to start heading north. Head up the path on the left leading into the Castle Ruins, and you’ll come into contact with a few Crimson Ores along here.
Weasels’ Flower Garden
The Weasels’ Flower Garden is located within the Traveler’s Road region to the east. When you arrive at the Landmark, head northeast to the end of the path where you’ll find a few Crimson Ores next to a large rock. Though there isn’t a lot of Crimson Ore here, it is another great spot to visit early in the game to get a few other important ingredients.
Beach Of Far Bank
To reach the Beach of Far Bank, head into the Traveler’s Road region, and you’ll find the Landmark towards the south. When you arrive, follow up the path on the west towards the Shipyard, leading into the Sunken Mines. On the way up here, there will be a lot of Crimson Ores lining the sides of the cave walls. You should be able to stock up on quite a few in this area.
Big Lighthouse
This location for Crimson Ores is technically in the region of the Big Lighthouse, but you can more easily reach it by starting at the Hidden Cove Temple Landmark in the Hidden Cove region. Upon your arrival, head down the path directly west from the Hidden Cove Temple. The large, open pasture around here will be full of Crimson Ore, especially along the edges of the area.
Erupting Hill
Though this location does not have a lot of Crimson Ore, it makes up for this by having rare Crimson Ore available for you to gather. This means it will be of much higher quality, and is worth the trek. Located within the Kark Isles region, you’ll find the Erupting Hill Landmark directly in the middle, next to Blue Life Spring and the Big Lighthouse. As soon as you arrive at the Landmark, you’ll find the rare Crimson Ore directly in front of you, shining gold.
