Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga hit theaters today. The film, which serves as a prequel to Fury Roa, has earned rave reviews from critics. If you haven’t yet seen Fury Road–or if you just need a refresher–you’ll find the Mad Max 4-Film Anthology on sale for $40 (was $90), which includes not just Fury Road, but three other entries in the franchise. Alternatively, you can get the High Octane Collection $20 (was $80). Though this one mostly contains standard Blu-rays, it does come with a 4K Blu-ray of Fury Road.
Amazon already sold out of these deals once this week, but now they are back in stock. However, preorders for the upcoming 5-Film Limited Edition collection, which includes Furiosa and the previous four films on 4K Blu-ray, are now available–so you probably won’t want both. That said, you could grab the 4-Film Anthology and pair it with Furiosa’s 4K Blu-ray steelbook edition that’s up for preorder now. Check out our Furiosa Blu-ray preorder guide for more details.
This is close to the lowest price we’ve ever seen for the title, with it previously hitting $37 around the 2023 holiday season. The volume includes 4K UHD versions of Mad Max (1979), The Road Warrior (1981), Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome (1985), and Mad Max: Fury Road (2015). As a bonus, you’ll get digital codes for all four films. That makes this the best way to catch up on the action before heading to theaters for Furiosa.
Along with the four films, you’ll get a few special features. This includes an introduction from film critic Leonard Maltin, commentary from George Miller and Cinematographer Dean Semler, and Road War: The Making of Road Warrior.
If you don’t mind stepping down to Blu-ray, you’ll find the Mad Max High Octane Collection on sale for $20 (down from $80). That matches its lowest-ever price. This collection is slightly different than the 4-Film Anthology above, as it gets you the following:
