There are several locations that you need to visit as part of the Heart of Mystery in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous. One of these is Forgotten Secrets, which happens to have its own puzzle. Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous Forgotten Secrets puzzle and Shrine of Sacrilege guide
Similar to the original puzzle in Conundrum Unsolved, you’ll use slab items (i.e., blocks with symbols). The user interface is atrocious because it’s hard to actually discern what these symbols look like in your inventory before you place them down. As such, we’ll try our best to provide screenshots, but we’ll also include our own naming convention for some symbols.
Anyway, the Forgotten Secrets location is even further to the south. In fact, it’s in a region called the Winged Wood. As far as we know, you won’t be able to pass through here normally on the world map (there are no pathways available), at least if you go here during Act 3. However, if you use the portal in the Heart of Mystery, you’ll end up here. When you exit the area, you’ll see just where you are on the map.

For the Forgotten Secrets puzzle in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous, we need slabs with green symbols. They’re found in the Shrine of Sacrilege, a location that’s fairly close to Drezen. It’s directly south of the Bloody Trail, a place that you’ll visit as part of the Dragon Hunt quest.
After taking care of the enemies, collect the slabs with green symbols from the ornate chest. Then, make your way back to the Forgotten Secrets area.

Again, this one is also a bit trickier than normal. First, place the slabs with one green symbol. Next, take a look at the entire floor.
What you’ll want to do is this:
- (1) The set of two symbols to the left need to have a block that matches it.
- (2) The single “F” symbol has to have nearby “F” slabs.
- (3) The single “number/pound” symbol has to have nearby slabs that also look like it.
- (4) The single “Z” symbol also needs to have ones that look the same.

Now that you’ve plopped down the first few slabs, go ahead and complete the puzzle as seen in the image below.
In any case, that about does it for the Forgotten Secrets puzzle in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous. If you did this in Act 3, you’ll need to progress further in the campaign. The required objects for the Legacy of the Ancients and Final Veil can’t be obtained until Act 5.
