Arthus has been challenged to a fight by Darvus, but what will happen next?

Arthur has finally made his return, and as expected, he has become incredibly strong as compared to his previous self. Tessia and Arthur’s moments of closeness were also cherishable in the previous episode, but Darvus doesn’t seem to be happy with Arthur’s arrival and can’t believe how a single person could eliminate all the Mana Beasts. As a result, he challenges Arthur to a duel at the end of the chapter.
What Happened Previously On The Beginning After The End?
The chapter starts with everyone bewildered to see Arthur, including Tessia. The soldiers look confused and are ready to battle as they don’t know him. Sylvie is happy to meet Tessia and she jumps onto her. Drogo wonders if she is attacking Tessia and comes to save her, but Tessia confirms that she is friendly.
Drogo asks Arthur to reveal himself, after which he jumps from the top of the Mana Beast pile and confirms that he’s an ally. Arthur’s friends are happy to see him, but Tessia looks concerned. Drogo asks what he is doing here as he wasn’t told that someone would be joining the operation. Arthur confirms that he had just arrived an hour ago and didn’t know a large swarm of Mana Beasts would welcome him.
Drogo couldn’t believe how a young boy like him could single-handedly eliminate the whole army of Mana Beasts, including the S-Class mutant. Stannard asks about the Beast Cores, and Arthur replies that Sylvie ate them all. This again comes as a surprise to Drogo how a small animal like her could eat so many cores.
Suddenly, a Mana Beast comes from behind to attack Arthur, but he easily kills it, after which he is sent to take some rest and freshen up. While Caria is happy to meet Arthur, Darvus seems jealous. Tessia blushes when they are left alone, and Arthur says that he missed her. She jumps onto him, hugs Arthur, and starts crying, after which the he teases her by calling her a crybaby.
The scene then cuts to Darvus, who’s still talking about Arthur and doubts how a boy like him could kill so many Mana Beasts alone. Caria teases him by stating that he’s being jealous, to which Darvus replies that Arthur was rude to everyone. Stannard disagrees with him and says he shouldn’t judge anyone without holding a conversation with them. Their conversation soon heats up, and Darvus decides to challenge Arthur to a duel. After Arthur and Tessia arrive, Darvus confronts him and asks him to fight him one on one.
