Arriving 12 years after its predecessor’s launch, Victoria 3 is a highly anticipated grand strategy from Paradox Interactive, slated to launch on October 25 on Steam. Regarding the fact that the release time for the game is quite different based on your region, we have listed the launch time for each major region down below.

- Europe: October 25 at 2 pm UTC/3 pm BST/4 pm CEST
- Eastern Asia and Oceania: October 25 at 10 pm JST or October 26 at 12 am AEST/2 am NZST
Victoria 3 is currently available for pre-order in two different editions. You can pre-purchase the Standard Edition for $49.99 and receive the remastered songs of Victoria 2 as a bonus. The pre-purchase bonus for the Grand Edition is the same as the Standard Edition. All the content included in the Grand Edition can be purchased separately later, but The American Building Pack will only be available through the bundle.
Regarding the launch of Victoria 3 on PC Game Pass, we are sorry to inform you that the game will not be available on Microsoft’s subscription service at launch. Despite the fact that Paradox Interactive revealed that Victoria 3 will directly launch onto Game Pass on day 1 when announcing the game, the company then changed its plans, revealing that Victoria 3 will no longer be available on PC Game Pass at launch.
It is yet to be seen whether Paradox will let the game appear on Game Pass months after launch, but it probably depends on the financial performance of the game on Steam and of course, Microsoft’s offer on bringing the game on PC Game Pass.
