Episode four of the Obi-Wan Kenobi series displays multiple bodies encased in a Jedi tomb, including the once-great master. Tera Sinube’s death isn’t explicitly apparent, but it is assumed that he died during Order 66 since he was surrounded by other victims of the catastrophic event. One potential theory is that he died while on Coruscant since he solved crimes and trained younglings there.
