Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3 has arrived, bringing with it a whole host of changes to the arsenal of weapons available, a whole new Battle Pass for players to grind out, and just ‘vibes’ in general. As part of the shakeup each new season brings, many players are wondering if pumps are back in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3.
Are Pump Shotguns Back in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3?
Unfortunately, no, the pump shotgun isn’t back in Fortnite as part of Chapter 3 Season 3’s round of vaulting and unvaulting different weapons.
While this may come as disappointing news to some fans, there is a bit of good news. The Two-Shot Shotgun is a new weapon that’s arrived in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3 which packs some serious punch in each of its two shots. It has an ammo capacity of six, but takes a while to discharge the next two shots after each two-shot burst.
That being said, the Two-Shot Shotgun is more akin to the double-barrel shotgun that we’ve seen in previous Fortnite seasons. Even so, a new shotgun is always going to be welcome amongst Fortnite players, especially if the Pump Shotgun hasn’t yet made its return.
