Boy, 2, took mom’s phone to order 31 cheeseburgers

If you give a man a fish, you feed him for a day. If you give a boy a phone, he can order cheeseburgers for a whole month.
A Texas mom found out just how clever her two-year-old son is when 31 cheeseburgers from McDonald’s arrived at their door.
Kelsey Burkhalter Golden, of Kingsville, was working on her computer when Barrett grabbed her cellphone.
“He usually likes to take pictures of himself, and so he was doing that,” Golden told KZTV of her little cheeseburglar. “I thought I’d locked the phone, but apparently I didn’t because then DoorDash came with 31 cheeseburgers.”

“I have 31 free cheeseburgers from McDonald’s if anyone is interested,” she wrote on Facebook. “Apparently my 2 yr old knows how to order doordash.”
The post featured a photo of the toddler, sitting on a table, happily mowing down on a cheeseburger with a pile of wrapped sandwiches next to him.
After the DoorDash delivery person arrived at the door and she realized what had happened, Golden wasn’t sure what to do with it all.
“I didn’t know what to do with them, he only ate half of one,” Golden said. “So I posted on a community page on Facebook here in Kingsville and asked if anybody wanted some.”
People reached out to arrange a pick-up time, while others suggested other ways she could give away the burgers or, worst case, how to store all the food.
The total of the bill was $61.58 but with Barrett’s generous tip of $16 and DoorDash fees, the order came up to $91.70.
